Steamed Cod Fish with Sichuan Vegetable

Ingredients:
2 Seagift Cod Fish steaks (~500gm)
Mixture
50g Dried Sichuan Vegetables
15g Garlic, sliced
15g Ginger, shredded
3 Chilli padi (seeds removed & chopped)
1 Tsp Cornflour
Seasoning
1 Tbsp Light soya sauce
1 Tsp Seasoning sauce
1 Tbsp White rice wine
1 tsp Chicken Powder
2 tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Water
1 ½ Tbsp Shallot oil
A dash of pepper
Procedures
Methods:
1. Clean the fish and place them on a plate.
2. Combine the ingredients listed under 'Mixture'.
3. Sprinkle the mixture of ingredients, except seasoning on the cod fish and steam for 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
4. Drain any exuded steaming fish's liquid into bowl for step 5.
5. Heat wok with shallot oil and mix in remaining seasoning. Add the liquid from step 4 and bring to a boil.
6. Pour sauce mixture over steamed fish and serve while hot.
