Pan-fried Honey Lemon Salmon

Fuss-free crispy salmon fillets packed with sweetness and tanginess of honey lemon.
Cooking Time: 40 mins (15 Servings)


1 pack Seagift Salmon Fillet (~1.5kg)
3 Lemons
150 g Spring onion (smashed)
80 g Crushed garlic

6 tsp Chicken powder
6 Tbsp Honey
1 ½ Tbsp Seasoning sauce
4 Tbsp Light soya sauce
3 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine
18 Tbsp Water
6 Tbsp Cornflour
Pepper (dash)
Sesame oil (dash)


1. Cut salmon fillet into smaller pieces on a slant. Squeeze lemon juice over them.
2. Combine all seasoning ingredients and mix well. Add spring onion and crushed garlic into seasoning mixture.
3. Marinate salmon in the seasoning mixture and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then, drain the marinade.
4. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat . Pan fry salmon until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
