SKEWERED TILAPIA SLICE WITH SWEET-SPICY SAUCE

INGREDIENT
Ingredients:
1 pack Seagift Tilapia slice (225g)
1Tbs chopped spring onions
Skewers
Mix & Combine:
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)
PROCEDURES
Methods:
1. Fill a pot with water, add salt and bring to boil. Add in the Tilapia slice and blanch for about 2-3 minute. Remove and let cold.
2. Thread the cooked tilapia slices onto the skewers
3. In a small saucepan, heat over the mixture of sauce in medium heat for few minutes, then remove from heat.
4. Pour the sauce mixture on the fish slice and it is ready to be served
