CEREAL AND BUTTER FISH
Crispy fried fish covered with toasty cereal, a tze-char classic that you can’t resist!
Total time required: 10-15 minutes (3-4 servings)

INGREDIENT
Ingredients:
400gm Seagift Par Fried Fish (Cook according to packaging cooking instruction)
1 Tbsp milk powder
1 cup oatmeal
1 Tbsp milk powder
1/2 Tbsp sugar
4 chili padi, chopped
30gm butter
handful of curry leaves
PROCEDURES
1. Fry curry leaves and chopped chili padi until crispy, drain and set aside
2. In a bowl, combine milk powder, chicken powder and sugar. Mix well and set aside
3. In a pan, melt the butter and add in fried curry leaves, chili padi and seasoning mixture
4. Saute till fragrant
5. Add in fried fish and stir for 10-20 seconds
6. Add in oatmeal and stir for 5 seconds to coat evenly
7. Dish out and add remaining oatmeal (if any) on top. Serve immediately.
