Sesame Prawn Mango Salsa
Spruce up any meal with this easy-to-make tangy and tantalizing mango salsa with crispy and juicy prawns.

1 box Seagift Butterfly Prawn (breaded)
2 Tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
2 Mango, peeled and finely diced
1 Small red onion, finely diced
4 Tbsp Coriander, chopped
2 Lime (squeeze juice)
4 Tbsp Butter or olive oil
Assorted greens of your choice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1. Deep-fry butterfly prawn from frozen state. Set aside.
2. To make salsa, mix the mango, onion, coriander and lime juice in a bowl and season to taste using salt and pepper. Add olive oil and roasted sesame seed and give it a good mix. Set aside.
3. To serve, arrange assorted greens on plate and top with fried prawns and a generous serving of mango salsa.
