Steamed Cod Fish with Sichuan Vegetable

Quick and delicious Asian-style cod steaks without any hassle and maximum satisfaction.

Ingredient

Ingredients:
2 Seagift Cod Fish steaks (~500gm)

Mixture
50g Dried Sichuan Vegetables
15g Garlic, sliced
15g Ginger, shredded
3 Chilli padi (seeds removed & chopped)
1 Tsp Cornflour

Seasoning
1 Tbsp Light soya sauce
1 Tsp Seasoning sauce
1 Tbsp White rice wine
1 tsp Chicken Powder
2 tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Water
1 ½ Tbsp Shallot oil
A dash of pepper

Procedures

Methods:
1. Wash the fish, drain the water then place them on a plate.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients.
3. Sprinkle mixture, except seasoning, on the cod fish and steam for about 15 minutes.
4. Drain gravy into bowl for step 5.
5. Heat wok with shallot oil, mix in remaining seasoning. Bring to boil and add gravy from steam fish.
6. Pour seasoning mixture over steamed fish and serve.
