Hot Chilli Prawns

Quick and easy succulent prawns packed with spice and served with refreshing mango.

Ready in 30 mins (12 Servings)

Ingredient

Ingredients:
1 kg Seagift Peeled Prawn (deveined & tail on)

Chilli Marinade
4 tsp Cracked black pepper
4 Tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Garlic cloves
½ cup Lemon juice

Mango Cream
2 Mangoes, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
6 tbsp Coconut milk

Procedures

Methods:
1. To make marinade, place black pepper, chilli sauce, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl and mix to combine. Add prawns, toss to coat, cover and set aside to marinate for 1 hour. Toss several times during marinating.
2. To make mango cream, place mango flesh and coconut milk in a blender and process until smooth.
3. Preheat the frying pan to medium heat. Drain prawns and cook on the lightly oiled frying pan for 3-4 mins or until prawns change colour. Serve immediately with mango cream.
