Pan-fried Honey Lemon Salmon

Fuss-free crispy salmon fillets packed with sweetness and tanginess of honey lemon.
Cooking Time: 40 mins (15 Servings)

Ingredient

Ingredients:
1 pack Seagift Salmon Fillet (~1.5kg)
3 Lemons
150 g Spring onion (smashed)
80 g Crushed garlic

Seasoning
6 tsp Chicken powder
6 Tbsp Honey
1 ½ Tbsp Seasoning sauce
4 Tbsp Light soya sauce
3 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine
18 Tbsp Water
6 Tbsp Cornflour
Pepper (dash)
Sesame oil (dash)

Procedures

Methods:
1. Cut the salmon fish into small pieces in a slanted manner then squeeze lemon juice over it.
2. Mix all seasoning ingredients together. Add spring onion and crushed garlic to the combined seasoning.
3. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Drain the marinade.
4. Pan fry and serve hot.
