Delicious, savoury and easy to make! Add some egg-citement to your meal by trying out this Salted Egg Yolk Fish Recipe with Seagift Par Fried Fish.

Ingredient

400gm Seagift Par Fried Fish (Cook according to packaging cooking instruction)
5 Tbsp Salted egg yolk powder
2 chili padi, chopped
40gm unsalted butter
handful of curry leaves

Procedures

1. In a heated pan, add butter and stir until butter is melted
2. Add in salted egg yolk powder and stir continuously till it bubbles and turns foamy
3. Add in curry leaves and chopped chili padi and stir continuously till the sauce turns smooth
4. Add in the fried fish and toss to coat evenly
5. Dish out and serve immediately
